Makeup By Mikayla Khoury is committed to providing high-quality professional services and digital education. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products sold by Makeup By Mikayla Khoury are delivered electronically and include, but are not limited to, online lessons, video content, downloadable guides, eBooks, masterclasses, and educational resources.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
We encourage you to review all product information carefully before purchasing. If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us at info@mikaylakhoury.com, and reasonable assistance will be provided. Technical support does not extend to refunds for change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with content, or personal preference.
SERVICES, CANCELLATIONS & CREDIT NOTES
Refunds for in-person services are governed by our Terms & Conditions, including our booking, cancellation, and deposit policies.
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless Makeup By Mikayla Khoury cancels the appointment.
Where a client cancels a service more than 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit may be transferred to a credit note, at the discretion of Makeup By Mikayla Khoury.
Credit notes:
- Are valid for 6 months from the original appointment date
- Are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- May only be used towards future services offered by Makeup By Mikayla Khoury
- Must be redeemed within the validity period or they will automatically expire
If a client cancels less than 7 days prior to the appointment, fails to attend, or arrives more than 15 minutes late resulting in cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and no credit note will be issued.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
